An Annual General Meeting is a mandatory annual gathering of the directors and members of Camp Lutherlyn. To become a member (or to renew your membership) , please see the Registration Tab and complete the form found there.
This is a time when financial statements from the previous year are presented and elections are held for open positions on the Camp Lutherlyn Board. Committee reports and other information may be part of the package that will be sent ahead of the AGM. Members are welcome to ask questions about any aspect of the camp operations.
This year we will be holding our AGM virtually again. Details will be sent in advance to all registered members.
