Comfort Station is now open!

Our long-awaited Comfort Station (7 individual washrooms) opened in 2021. It is located along the road that passes Shepherds Staff (aka Director's) Cabin past the Craft Shack on the way to Bancroft Beach. 

Inside are seven washrooms - six have a toilet, sink and shower and the seventh is a handicapped washroom with a toilet and sink.  These washrooms will primarily serve bunk cabins 1 to 4, Shepherd's Staff (the Directors) Cabin and Bancroft Cabin (until it gets it's own washroom).  With these we double our washroom capacity for Main Camp and provide much closer washrooms to cabins 1 to 4.

The Comfort Station is heated which makes rentals of Main Camp iand Shepherds Staff n May-June and September-October, much more comfortable.

Construction was done by Bryan Fraser Contracting out of Golden Lake. This project was funded by donations over many years to the Legacy Fund of Camp Lutherlyn and by funds from the Capital Fund held for Camp Lutherlyn by the Eastern Synod of the ELCIC.
