Notice of Annual General Meeting (Electronic Meeting)
May 6, 2023 at 10 a.m.
Pursuant to Section 7 of the By-law, notice is hereby given of the Annual
General Meeting of Camp Lutherlyn & Conference Centre.
Business to be considered at the meeting includes:
o Chairperson’s Report
o Team Reports
o Financial Reports
o Eastern Synod Representative’s Report
o Election of the Board
o 2023 Look Ahead
A quorum of 15 Members is required. The 2023 Membership fee is $20.
Membership forms are attached and available on our website under the 'Corporate Membership' tab.
Completed forms and e-transfers can be sent to lutherlyn.fin@gmail.com.
Alternatively, cheques and completed forms can be mailed to PO Box 521
Station Main, Pembroke, ON K8A 6X7.
Meeting login information will be provided at least 48 hours before the
meeting.
Please also consider a donation to the Camp given the impact of the current
pandemic on our activities and to ensure our continued sustainability.
A charitable tax receipt will be issued.
